The OSEES incorporates several program components to include: small business support services, loan development through its partnership with the NC Rural Economic Development Center; the establishment of the Robeson Enterprise Culinary Institute, a fast track culinary training program targeting displaced workers as well as youth desiring a fast tract learning program. The Culinary Arts and Technology Program will encourage entrepreneurialship as well as meet the demands of the expanding food service industry in the county. Finally, incorporation of a kitchen incubator intended to provide opportunity to new and fledgling entrepreneurial culinarians.
